This is the first of a series in which we'll post a song sampled on Kanye's new album "808s & Heartbreak".
Robocop contains samples from "Estella's Theme", a song from the score of the 1998 movie Great Expectations.

Her mother raised her to be a cold person who cannot feel or return another's passion, and is destined to crush any man's dreams. I thought this was fairly pertinent in the overall context of 808s & Heartbreak, and especially the song itself."
Bonus: Kanye used the same sample in an unreleased track in 2003.
