By purchasing Premium Membership you agree to the following conditions.
1. Although it is rare and only happens to those who break the rules, you are not exempt from being banned for a short period of time (usually 1-2 days), just like any other member. Please read the rules, they are at the top of the Kanye West section. As long as you follow these rules you will be fine!
2. Although no premium member has ever been permanently banned, it could still happen. Permanent bans may be given if you do one of the following: you make threats against kanYeLive.com, you advertise something by spamming in lots of threads, you make serious threats against another members life, post others' personal info without permission, try/threaten to hack the site, post highly illegal content such as child pornography, etc. However, this is not a complete list and the rules are flexible. But permanent bans are only issued in such extreme circumstances. In the extremely small chance that you are permanently banned for breaking the rules in a major way, then you will receive a refund of your premium membership within 30 days after your ban - as long as you do not try to evade your ban (i.e., by registering a new account) - this will only apply if you purchased premium membership less than 90 days before your ban date. Note that this may not be honored in such extreme circumstances in which police are involved, etc.
