He's headlinin' at T In The Park ![]() haha - me mates are going leeds so i had to go there lol. Plus libertines is like a once in a lifetime oppurtunity before Pete dies! lulz I will see Em one day.. ![]() Anyways: The Libertines Queens Of The Stone Age Weezer The Cribs Cypress Hill (<wtf random - awesome though!!) Blink/Klaxons - probs see Blink Limp Bizkit Enter Shikari (although they'll probs clash with Libs) Oh lawd im excited so far... |
| Reading and Leeds largely looks like the same old shit. If I was going I'd be kind of underwhelmed, especially by the headliners. One nostalgia trip is OK I guess, but two? That said, putting Arcade Fire in the headline slot is something I applaud. There are enough superb bands to get three modern headliners though without having to go back to the late 80s and late 90s. Queens Of The Stone Age, for example, deserve to headline. They were apparently excellent in 2005 when my friends went and were certainly brilliant in 2008 when I went. Undoubtedly, they will be again, but they deserve that top spot IMO. |
| Id have loved if QOTSA got the headline spot ^^ |
|
i'm going to sunday wireless festival to see jayz and going to glastonbury to see - i have no idea |

its all about bestival, other English festivals suck compared. L O L |
This girl that I know really made me laugh on the day R/L lineup was announced. She was going to get a ticket, but they gave up, then realised the lineup was "shit". Then an hour later her Facebook status read "wishes she was going to V Festival "Sums up her musical taste really. |
| It's true, the V line-up is atrocious. Like watching paint dry, but while being raped in both ears. |
![]() Eminem and Prodigy on at the same time. I'm sooo gutted I want see Prodigy

Eminem and Prodigy on at the same time. I'm sooo gutted I want see Prodigy They were not that good at Leeds last year 2bh
![]() |

They were not that good at Leeds last year 2bh Surprised by that, since they have a pretty strong reputation. Yeah though, The Prodigy vs. Eminem? No contest, and really, who the fuck is going to see Mumford & Sons when both of those are on? Seriously though? It's kind of sad that Jay is under Kasabian, and I don't even dislike Kasabian. I think they've done well for themselves. Jay is made to headline anything though. |

Yeah it's Eminem every time for me, but I've always wanted to see Prodigy. I'm not the biggest fan of Kasabian but i think the only reason Jay isn't headlining is because 2 rappers headlining is "wrong" for a music festival. And besides Jay will get a good crowd whether headlining or not. |
| T in the park has the best line up this year imo. |
|
UK - Isle Of Wight - Jay-Z, The Strokes, Paul McCartney, Mr Hudson - June 11-13 UK - Glastonbury - U2, Jack Johnson - June 23-26 UK - Wireless - Jay-Z, Drake, Wale, Mr Hudson - July 2-4 UK - T In The Park - Eminem, Jay-Z, Muse, Kasabian - July 9-11 Ireland - Oxegen - Eminem, Jay-Z, Muse, BEP, The Prodigy - July 9-11 The only one i can make of these is Wireless and its only good on the sunday and paying for a place in london sucks. I cant believe i'm missing both Jay Z and Em in Ireland which is so close to me (Belfast), damn my career choice of the army. I'm thinking i do wireless. |
